Clark Retirement Community is a Grand Rapids tradition for more than a century. Clark is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community, offering a full complement of services and residential options from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation, as well as specialized dementia programing. Clark is one of only three continuing care communities in Michigan to be accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Commission (CARF/CCAC). In addition, Clark at Home offers CHAP accredited (Community Health Accreditation Program), Medicare Certified Home Health Care and Personal Services right to your front door.
